Reach out to our Hive customer service team with your order number and photos if the product arrived damaged or is incorrect.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the next steps.
Refund or Replacement
After we process your request, we will either ship out a fresh batch of fuel or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
